The Government Scheduled Caste Development Department, Telangana State will send out the TS Scholarships 2023 notice each year to allow for renewals and fresh applications for Post-matric scholarships and pre-matriculary scholarship through the Telangana Scholarship site.
The deadline to Open the Telangana e-Pass website to register of Colleges & Students for the award of fresh and Renewal scholarships for 2023 academic. The government of Telangana provides Scholarships under the Post Matric Scholarships (PMS) scheme that is available to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and backward Class (BC) economically backward Class (EBC) minorities and students with physical disabilities in the State.
To assure transparency and accountability in the awarding and the disbursement of Post Matric Scholarships, Online System i.e. Website: http://telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in (E-PASS PORTAL) is being implemented. The system requires registration of colleges as well as Students to allow processing of information for the awarding of Fresh and Renewal scholarships under PMS.
The Government has opened the e-pass portal for students and colleges applications for new and renewal scholarships in the academic period 2020-21. It has been announced that 209618 lakh students (Renewal and Fresh) must be registered for their applications. Admissions to specific CETS i.e. DIET CET, CPGET, para Medical courses (Degree and diploma) GNM courses as well as Ayush courses are not yet be completed.

TS Scholarships
All regulatory authorities as well as College managements are required to assure that Colleges & Students who wish to join E-Pass should upload their personal data for the sanction of renewal as well as new Scholarships for the year 2023 academic.
The Welfare departments are required to make a public announcement about the registration process for renewals and new Scholarships to College Managements and students and to ensure that the process of registration is completed by the time of the deadline .
ePass is an acronym for Electronic payment and application system for Scholarships. Students who wish to apply for Particular Scholarships offered under the scheme must apply online. Read the guidelines carefully prior to filling out the application.
Instructions for filling out the Application The applicant is required to fill in *marked fields on applications( otherwise, the application won’t be considered). The annual income of the parent or guardian for the candidate. A) The income of parents and guardians for SC as well as ST students, the income should not exceed Rs.2.00 lakh. 2.) The minimum for BC students, the minimum is 45000or less.
The Income and Caste Certificates should be obtained through MeeSeva only. Keep track of the Application ID number for future references. Fill in your Adhaar Number on the online application form. Upload the scanned copy of your Adhaar Card. Input your Bank A/C details , and then upload the scanned Copy of Bank Pass Book.
Print out the completed application form with all the required documentation and return it to the school or institution where the student is studying.
A simple online application without submitting hard copies, with the necessary enclosures on the specified date does not grant any rights to the student in respect of sanction. enclosures:
