All the candidates are informed to visit the website(www.pjtsau.edu.in) for seat availability position before attending the counselling, which will be updated regularly during the counselling days. Any candidate with TSEAMCET-2022 rank can apply for the Un-Reserved (Non Local 15%) quota.
This notification will be considered an individual intimation. No separate intimation will ever be issued. All Categories refers to all candidates belonging to OC or EWS, BC and ST, including non-farmer, farmer, and rural farmers. Candidates must attend counselling on the day and time indicated.
Candidates are advised that the B.V.Sc. course is 5 1/2 years long. According to the latest regulations of Veterinary Council of India (New Delhi), the A.H. and B.V.Sc. courses are 5 1/2 years long. B.V.Sc. education follows a similar pattern. The education for A.H. and B.V.Sc. shall follow an annual system. Candidates must produce all original certificates required at counselling. If this fails, the candidature will be denied. If the candidate is selected, they will need to pay the required fees in CASH and deposit immediately. Otherwise, the seat will be cancelled.

Selection criteria: a. Selection of candidates for B.Sc. (Hons.) B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture Horticulture underpayment quota shall be based on the ranks obtained in Telangana State EAMCET duly following the rule of reservation(including special reservations viz., PH, CAP, NCC).

Candidates seeking admission underpayment seats may notice the following. a. Candidates who wish to attend counselling underpayment quota must bring a demand draft for Rs. Ten Lakhs Thirteen thousand five hundred fifty Rupees (only) to THE COMPTROLLER, PJTSAU PAYABLE at HYDERABAD and Rs. 36,450 /- (Thirty Six Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Rupees Only) In cash or demand draft at the appropriate college for the selection of the applicant for admission.

b. Candidates selected for the underpayment quota will be treated in the same way as regular students. There will not be any special facilities or amenities. Once paid, the fee will not be refunded.
Instructions: Fees paid to the University cannot be refunded. If the candidate leaves the institution, the candidate must pay the cancellation fee (Rs.2000 for SC & ST and Rs.4000 for others).
The fee for any course taken at one of the Universities (PJTSAU or PVNRTVU) will be adjusted if the candidate already has paid the regular quota fee.
Counselling is open to more candidates than usual. Admission is therefore not guaranteed. Counselling is offered in a ratio of 1:3. The allocation of seats will be based upon merit Telangana State EAMCET as well as rule of reservation.
The counselling will be provided at the candidates’ expense. Candidates are not guaranteed employment by the University. Not even submitting an online application or attending counselling guarantees a place. Before attending counselling, candidates are asked to carefully read the PROSPECTUS.
The University will take the appropriate actions against those who are found to have falsified the information or uploaded false certificates. Parents and candidates are encouraged to regularly visit www.pjtsau.edu.in to obtain any additional information.
The only Agricultural University in the State is Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University. The University does not have affiliation with any private colleges in Telangana State. Information on other websites is not under the control of the University.

If a candidate wishes to cancel his/her admission, he/she forfeits all fees already paid. In addition, cancellation fees will be charged according to the rules of the respective Universities (indicated within the fees structure).
The respective Directorates of Government of Telangana must clear the candidates for the BC, SC & ST quota. The final adjudication of the provisional selection under BC E category is required (in W.P.No. 15267 of 2007) at the Hon’ble High Court.
All guidelines issued by Government of Telangana may be followed with strictness. Counselling will require that candidates attend the sessions at their own expense. Only one parent or guardian will be permitted to accompany them during the counselling process. Candidates who enroll in the University courses are not guaranteed employment.
Before attending counselling, candidates are required to carefully read the prospectus. Counselling will take place on the dates outlined in the schedule.
Counselling will likely last into the night, so candidates and guardians should be prepared. Counselling will take place separately for admission under NCC, CA (Defence), and PH Quota.
More number of candidates than the availability of seats are called for counselling and hence, mere attendance/participation during counselling does not guarantee admission. Candidates must report to the counselling centre at least an hour prior to the time.
Certificates/documents other than those uploaded will not be entertained or considered for the allotment of seats. Two Xerox copies should be brought by candidates from BC, SC and ST to the counselling centre.
Candidates are advised to regularly visit University website www.pjtsau.edu.in for the latest updates. During the counselling process, the BC/SC/ST seats will also be filled simultaneously.
Based on the information submitted by applicants, the tentative merit list was prepared. Candidates are encouraged to immediately notify the University authorities if there is any discrepancy in the Merit List.
The complaints/objections received after 5th August,-2023 by 4:00 PM will not be entertained. After due verification of all documents submitted during counselling, the final merit list will then be prepared.
From the total number of seats, 36% are in B.F.Sc. UG program (i.e. 11 seats) offered at Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati and Andhra Pradesh is earmarked to Telangana State.
Admission is determined by the rank obtained in TSEAMCET-2023. These candidates will need to study at College of Fishery Science Muthukur in Nellore Dist. under the supervision of SVVU. The fee structure prescribed by SVVU amounts to approximately Rs.37,000/.

Candidats for admission to the general category of B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree program must have passed the English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects, as well as 50% (45% for SC/ST/PH categories) of intermediate marks in each subject.
15% of B.Sc. (Hons.). Agriculture will be filled based on the ranks achieved in UG-AIEEA-2023 National Level Examination conducted by ICAR. The University will not fill up the remaining seats in accordance with ICAR quota.
If the University finds that the information or certificates submitted by candidates are false, it will take the appropriate actions against those responsible.
