The Telangana Open School Society ( TOSS) announced the admissions schedule for SSC and intermediate courses via open and distance learning modes for the academic year 2021-2023.
Students will receive an admission notification and will be able to apply for it. For admission, candidates can submit their applications with the prescribed fee. The TOSS SSC Director would issue the TOSS SSC Intermediate Admissions 2023 Notification every year to allow admission into SSC and Intermediate courses via distance learning in its Open schools study centres.

In: Telangana Open School Society (Hyderabad) has issued the Admission Schedule for admission to SSC and Intermediate (TOSS), Courses 2021-2023 through Open and Distance Learning. Students who have dropped out of school or are interested in continuing their education can enroll/admit for the Academic Year 2021-2023 via ONLINE/TS Online, AP Online/MeeSeva according to the schedule.
The deadline for Open School Admissions for the academic year 2021-2023 under the auspices of Telangana Saarvathrika Vidyapeetham has been extended until January 15. Candidates interested in the Intermediate and 10th Courses in Distance Education Mode, who have not yet applied for admission to Open School, should contact the Principals at the nearest Open School High Schools and Junior Colleges. Candidates interested in applying for admission should only contact the coordinators of their study centres.

Application Fees for TOSS Inter Admission 2023 Registration: General Candidates have to pay Rs.1100/-, while Women, SC/ST / BC/ PwD/ Minorities must pay Rs.800/- to be admitted to the Telangana Open School Inter Admission. A registration fee of Rs.200 is added.

Eligibility Criteria : (a) Age Limit to TOSS Admission: Candidates must be at least 14 years old by 2020 in order to join the 10th class, and 15 years for Intermediate courses. There is no upper age limit. There is no upper age limit to be admitted. The student must have been at least 14 years old by 31 August 2021.
(b) Educational Qualification for TOSS Admission 2021 : Qualifications: Reading and writing are required in order to be admitted into the 10th Class. For those who have not studied in the past, a birth certificate issued by the Tehsildar can be used to apply for admission. To be eligible for Intermediate, you must have completed the tenth class.

B. B. Intermediate: Candidates who have completed the SSC/Secondary and Intermediate/XII courses of other Boards may join Intermediate courses at their respective study centres. Only science candidates should apply to Junior Colleges.
How do I apply for TOSS Admission 2023
Candidate can enrol through MeeSeva /TS Online /AP Online centers by uploading the prescribed application form. More details can be had from District Educational Officer or by visiting the official website www.telanganaopenschool.org. Online applications are only possible for eligible candidates. After submitting the completed application forms have been certified by the A.I Coordinator. You can then register online at Mee Seva Centre by paying the required fee.
Send the original application and all attachments to the AI. For online application, take the duplicate copy to Mee Seva. Keep the admission fee receipt, the printed copy of the online registered application Mee Seva and the receipt for the printing cost.

1. Telangana Open School Society (TOSS): Telangana State government established an Open School Society to admit students into SSC and other courses offered through the Open School Distance Education System. This is an excellent opportunity for students who have dropped out to continue their education. Telangana Open School Society was established for Telangana State. TOSS will be used for admissions to TS Open School.
2. A Great Opportunity for Students: The Open and Distance Learning (ODL) program will offer courses and programs of general education, life enrichment, and vocational education that can be completed at a pre-degree level.
3. TOSS Mission: Providing Educational Opportunity for All: The Open School Society offers educational opportunities to those who want to learn more and prepare for a better future. The mission of Open School Society is to provide education for all, with special attention to rural youth, women and girls, SC, STs, and differently-abled people.
Others who, for whatever reason, are unable to continue their education beyond Class XII through the formal system. It offers SSC courses starting in 2008-09 through Accredited Institutions (Also) and Accredited Vocational Institutions(Is), also known as Study Centres under control of the District Education Officers.
4. TOSS Courses: Minimum Age: 14 years old as of 31 August the year of admission. Admission is open to all ages.

ODL mode Education by TOSS: The TOSS mission is to provide pre-elementary education through open and distance learning (ODL) mode to school drop-outs and students who are missing the Upper Primary stage of education. It also aims to achieve Universalization of Elementary Education in the State. TOSS continues education for working adults, neo-literates and men and women to strengthen their functional literacy and prevent them from falling back into illiteracy.

6. TOSS Conducts annual, additional exams: All enrolled students must appear for the TOSS examination. Open school system candidates will receive separate study materials and an examination pattern. These degrees will be accepted on the same basis as regular candidates.
