AP RGUKT IIIT Certificate Verification Dates: AP RGUKTs officials will issue provisionally shortlisted candidates lists and candidates provisionally selected to waitlist 2023. These candidates are eligible to be admitted into the 6 Year B.Tech Degree Course on its campuses. RGUKT officials have issued counseling instructions to provisionally shortlisted and waitlisted candidates.

AP RGUKT IIIT Counseling Instructions 2023: Congratulations to all candidates who were selected to be counseled for admission to the six-year integrated B.Tech Degree Course of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies for this Academic Year.
All candidates who are selected for counseling will receive a call by SMS and e-mail to the address that they provided in their application prior to the date of counseling. RGUKT advised that RGUKT had provisionally selected candidates for counseling to be admitted into the 6-Year Integrated B.Tech Programme of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies campuses for the Academic Year. They were asked to attend the certificate verification as well as the admission programme according the schedule.
Here are the instructions for those candidates who have been provisionally selected for counseling. Candidates have to report for counseling on the prescribed date sharp at 08.00 AM at the RGUKT RK Valley campus, Idupulapaya Village, along with the original documents/certificates mentioned below, without fail. You are responsible for making all necessary travel arrangements to get to RGUKT, RK Valley Campus, Idupalapaya at 8.00 AM.

AP IIIT Counselling Details
Counselling Web Not 2023: Candidates must attend certificate verification along with the original and 3 sets of photocopies at the dates specified above. You can find the call letters to attend the special category certificate on the University website www.rgukt.in.
On the call letter, the exact date for verification will be listed. The University will also send information and call letters via SMS and email to each candidate who has submitted an online application. The Hon’ble Minister Education, Government in A.P will release the provisional selection list for candidates not belonging to special categories on 29 September 2023.
If you miss the counseling session at the campus, admission will not be granted. The next best candidate will receive the seat immediately.

II. Admission is not guaranteed by mere selection for counseling. Only those who meet all eligibility requirements will be admitted. If you fail to provide the required documents or pay the fee, your admission will be cancelled.
III. Documents to be brought: The candidates shall bring the following documents/certificates in original along with three sets of their Xerox copies.
Hall Ticket for the 10th Class Board Examination
Grade Sheet for the 10th Class Board Examination
SSC Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate. If the candidate has been admitted elsewhere, he/she can be granted time to produce the TC within two working days by giving an undertaking. The admission will be kept in reserve until then.
Study certificates (from the 4th to the 10th Classes)
Non-local category candidates must submit a Residence certificate as proof that they have lived in the state during a total of 10 years, excluding study periods or those of their parents who have resided there for at least 10 years.
The competent authority (Meeseva Only), issues a caste/community certificate
Income Certificate/Salary Certificate (issued from competent authority).
Each candidate takes two photographs with the parent (father and mother).
Ration Card.

Candidates who are interested in applying for a bank loan must bring the following documents (the loan applications will be available at campus bank):
a. Four additional sets of certificates are available.
b. Employee Identity Card
c. Salary Certificate (Latest).
d. Parent’s PAN card
e. Ration Card / PAN Card / Voter Id Card /Aadhar Card
f. Six photographs taken by the candidate and four photos taken by the Parent/Guardian
IV. You will need to register if you are selected. Classes will begin on August 1, 2023. Late registration is prohibited. Candidates admitted should be ready to stay for the whole term starting on that date.
V. Fee to be paid: Candidates who have studied in Schools in AP will pay the tuition fee.
The amount of Rs.36,000/$ (Rupees Thirty Six Thousand only) is payable by Demand Draft to “The Director IIIT RGUKT.Ongole” at any SBI, Idupulapaya Branch or nationalized bank. The DD will be paid on the campus that was allotted for counseling. Tuition fee reimbursement is available to students who have a lower income than Rs.1.0 lakh (non-SC/ST) and less than Rs.2.0 Lakh (SC/ST). Students must also meet the following conditions: Fee reimbursement is available for rules.
Each student must pay a registration fee in the amount of Rs.1,000 (Rs.500 for SC/ST) and a Rs. 1,000 caution deposit. The total cost of admission is Rs.3,000/-.

2. Download the List of Special Categories (CAP/PH, NCC/Sports) candidates for certificate verification. Call letters for verification can also be downloaded starting at 13:06-2023, 2pm.
3. Only valid International/National/State level Sports Certificates are acceptable for verification by sports candidates
Certificate Verification Dates: Candidates are asked to attend the certificate verification at the specified date on the website in order to be admitted into the 6-Year Integrated Bachelor of Technology Course of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies for the Academic Year 2023-24
Location: Candidates are asked to attend the certificate verification at the specified time on the website at 09.00 am at RGUKT Nuzvid, AP IIIT Mylavaram Road Nuzvid.

RGUKT Nuzvid and Idupulapaya campuses IIIT Selection List will be published on the RGUKT Admissions2023 officials. Counselling is now open for candidates shortlisted in the RGUKT IIIT selection list of Candidates to be selected for admission to the first year of the integrated 6 year B.Tech programme 2023 at RGUKT at Nuzvid and Idupulapaya.
The IIIT officials released the waitlisted Candidates along with the shortlisted candidates. The admission of shortlisted candidates will be denied if they do not attend counselling on the dates announced. To allot more seats, the counselling for candidates on the waiting list will take place in July. Instructions for Selected Candidates for Counseling. The following instructions are for the candidates who have been provisionally selected for counseling: Candidates must report to counseling at the RGUKT Campus at 09.00 am on the date and with all original documents/certificates. They are responsible for making all necessary travel arrangements to get to the RGUKT Campus by the deadline of 8.00 AM.
If the applicant fails to show up for counseling on the given date and time, the admission will not be granted. The next highest candidate on the waiting list will receive the seat immediately.

Candidates who have studied in Schools in AP will be charged a tuition fee of Rs.36,000/- (Rupees Thirty six thousand only). This is payable by Demand Draft favouring RGUKT, and payable in Hyderabad at any nationalized bank. The tuition fee for the programme is Rs.36,000/- (Rupees Thirty Six Thousand only) and must be paid on the day of counseling at the campus that was allotted.
Tuition fee reimbursement is available to students who meet the following conditions: Students whose parents have a net income of less than Rs.1.0 lakh (non-SC/ST) and less than Rs.2.0 Lakh (SC/ST). Fee reimbursement is available for rules.
Each student must pay a registration fee in the amount of Rs.1,000/- (Rs.500 if you are a SC/ST student) and a refundable caution deposit in the amount of Rs.2,000/– (by all) at admission. This totals Rs.3,000.

VIII. After counseling , candidates are required to sign a declaration regarding the RGUKT rules and regulations at admission. This selection is made for counseling purposes only and does not guarantee admission to a course. Instructions to Waitlisted Candidates: This page welcomes all candidates who have been provisionally shortlisted to be on the waitlist for counseling. Counseling will take place at the notified date for the 6-Year Integrated Bachelor of Technology Course of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies for the Academic Year 2023-24. The order of merit will determine the number of seats. All candidates who are selected for the waitlist receive a call via e-mail or SMS to their mobile number that they provided in their application prior to the dates of counseling.
Candidates selected for the waiting list are chosen over and above the number. Counseling will be available only if there is a vacancy within the same category following the close of selections at the notified time. The merit order of the candidates on the waiting list in the reservation categories will determine the allocation of seats. This is in addition to the number of vacancies in each category. All applicants who are offered a place on the waiting list must apply immediately. Waitlisted candidates might not be offered a seat, and counseling may not be possible.
After verification of original certificates/documents, admission will be given only if they are selected against a vacancy and fulfill all the eligibility criteria and pay relevant fee. Waitlisted candidates should be prepared to return without counseling if there are no seats available in the same category.
